So mylovely husband didn't empty the car on Monday when we came back from the craft fair (i was walking the dog and cooking dinner). He then went to work in the car and now I dont have any of my equipment to make anything with becasue he isnow away all week!!!

I am soooooo bored!! So bored in fact that I may do some housework!!!

So what suitable punishment can I issue do you think???

...he obviously needs to buy you some new craft goodies to cheer you up - with his credit card!

Lots of mail order crafty goodies over the internet which will arrive home before he does... then when he does get home, make sure that he does everything in the house and leaves you to craft... only disturbing you when he's making your meals/tea/coffee, etc

Has he got anything (hobby/collection) he is precious about that you could 'sell' (hide) to say you needed funds for craft items in his absence???

Just ignore him on his return and do nothing for him. Apparantly that's what super nanny does with a naughty child! never tried it myself but it will drive him mad as he wont know what he has done to deserve the cold shoulder!

I am sorry, but I cannot see what the poor man has done wrong?

Apart from take you to the craft fair and forgetting to remind you to take your stuff out of the car.

Give him the TLC he deserves when he gets back

My OH went off to work with my disabled badge. I had to go to the doctors this morning. No normal spaces available. So parked in disabled space. Came back to car Fixed Penalty Notice. I know there is no way to tell if I have a badge. I am not to feeling good so it doesn't help
Do I dish out any punishment

OH should offer to pay the fine! Or you should at least split it, after all, you did park in there without the badge, but then you wouldnt have had he not nicked it!

Oh Zoie that is rubbish that you got a fine, I thought that Disabled spaces where not enforaceable? (terrible spelling!).

I don't keep all my stuff in the car, it is all my stock and then my major bits like wire and thread and pliers and cutters and findings plus all my favourite beads and bits and bobs are in a box becasue I like to pass the quiet tines by doing a few things - I also can make something up if a customer really wants something that I haven't got. The house is still full of stuff but I have very little to put the beads onto if you see.

It is his fault because we played rock, sissor, stone to decide who was walking the dog as it had started to pour with rain, he had to get the wahing in and empty the car!! It seems he did neither as the washing was still on the line!

I do love him and miss him greatly - I stay mad at him for about 30 seconds when he walks through the door then there is much more exciting things to do - like go for dinner at our favourite place, but this week he will be paying!

Disabled spaces are enforceable, however, if you get a fine for parking on a double yellow line, then go check out the ends of the double yellow line - they need to have an end bar (about a foot long yellow line running perpendicular at each end), otherwise they're not enforceable. If its not there, take a photo (or come back with a camera to) and appeal, telling them it it doesnt comply with TSRGD and therefore is not enforceable.

Ok, not something you'll use everyday, but may come in handy!

I mean, no crafting AND he's driven you to wanting to do housework? He's clearly a bad husband.

Okay, maybe not... But you could at least threaten him with it so he doesn't do it again
                          Oh, absolutely!

He needs to understand how serious this is!
