I saw the article too!! The site is called Craft Jumble http://www.craftjumble.co.uk
It looks pretty quiet at the moment but I suppose as more new people hear about it then it will get busier. Thought people actually might be interested!

Is it me - or did something just go wrong with the moderating system?

        Just Had A Quick Peek....

.....I was looking at fabric. The prices are unbelievably high! I was quite shocked.

I'll keep watching the site though...you never know, it might get big.

        Morning all!

HI FOLKS Thanks for the info on this site. I have just joined, and placed a few items up for auction. Will let you know how i get on with them.

It really needs more to be up for auction, to draw more visitors, as it seems to be a bit quiet at the moment.
Still, it is a brilliant idea, and one to be recommended for all crafters

                      cheers

                        Hi

It looks like this site is starting to take off and there are many exciting items starting to appear. I think this just might work you know. Good to see feedback from others who are starting to sell, this is encouraging. I find myself spending money! The idea was for me to sell...lol This is an easy and user friendly site. I hope the support keeps growing - I like it.

I agree the site is quite, but the numbers registering is going up daily, so hopefully it is becoming more well know and therefore more people will use it to buy and sell. I think it's a great idea if it takes off, we need something UK based to sell our crafts. Ebay is good but it's nice to have a dedicated site. The key will also be to get it known amoungst everyone else, re: buying crafts.

Well, all the items I had on ended last night with no sales . I am not put off though, I have relisted them all again for free plus I've added some of my photo frames. The good thing is it's free to list, you just pay for extras like Buy it Now etc. Plus I have £5 credit from when I joined so at the moment it's costing me nowt. It is still mainly suppliers selling on there, so come on fellow crafters, why not try advertising your handmade crafts? No, I am not on commission, I just think it would be great for us to have our own craft site for the UK. I think the more there is on there, the more interest it will receive.
Thank you and goodnight (even though I've just got up!!!)
