  • Stampers 10 club

    Hi all

As some of you know I have recently become a Demonstrator for Stampin’ Up! and a few of you have expressed an interest in buying some of their products. I’m starting a Stampers 10 club, which is a way of buying SU products over a period of time and receiving some lovely freebies into the bargain.

The idea is that 10 people join and the club runs for 10 months, each member commits to spending £15 a month so the total group spend is £150 per month, which is the minimum amount to qualify for a hostess gift plus an extra £15 to spend in the catalogue; each member takes it in turn to be the “virtual” hostess, giving everyone the opportunity to choose a Hostess gift and have £15 to spend on anything in the catalogue. There will also be a small charge of £2 per person, per month towards P&P. I will send each member a complimentary catalogue too - which is usually £4.95
If anyone is interested in joining or wants more info, please PM me, below is a link to the online catalogue if you want a look at the SU products.

    Thanks

I'm quite tempted but not quite sure if I can afford it! I'm getting married in the sumemr so supposed to be saving up...plue lots of thigns I like in the mag are more than £15 so if I did that every month I could end up spending a fortune.

If anyone else thinks they are likely to want to order at least £30 some months then I could maybe do that and alternate so I didn't have to spend £15 every month but my average over the 10 months would be £15...if that makes sense??

Yes that makes perfect sense, you could sign up for ½ a slot and pay £15 for 5 months (alternating each month) but of course you'd need someone to agree to share the other half of the slot and you'd only get either the hostess gift OR the £15 free spend as you'd have to share that too.

There are plenty of things you can buy for £15 or under but yes I do agree that it'd be easy to spend more each month.

Two other options (but not if you're really budgeting I'm afraid) is that when it's your turn to "host" the party, the more you spend (or get orders from friends to go with it) the more freebies you get, also if someone wants to take 2 slots i.e. spend £30 a month and get 2 turns at getting the hostess benefits that's fine too.

It is a committment though and I would urge anyone who is interested to be sure they can commit to the £15 spend for 10 months.

If you want to know anything else, please just give me a shout

I didn't quite mean that...I meant sign up to spend £150 so the full amount but alternate with one month spending £30, the next month not spending anything and swap with someone else. Does that make sense? That way I could just spend £150 total but could also get some of the more expensive sets!

Oh I see what you mean, now I get it, yes clever idea and as long as someone else agreed to do the same as you, it would work just as well.

So if anyone would like to join and spend £30 every two months over a 10 month period that's another option.
