Im not sure what to do now........

Some of you say not to use - in your website address & some say its not caused any problems and have them in their website.

I still like some more opinions.

If I use the following for example is it too boring?
Also if they search handmade with love or handmade with love by sara would the website come up with the (-)?

    www.handmadecards-bysara.co.uk

    or
    www.handmadewithlove-bysara.co.uk

sorry its just I cant registar it with Mr Site & start till I get the website name right.

IT DRIVING ME CRAZY & TIEING MYSELF UP IN KNOTTS LOL

    Any advise is greatly received

    thanks

Personally I would think about the ease of telling another person your web address.
    I'd keep it fairly short.
No hyphens etc. (people get confused)

The shorter and simpler it is then the more memorable, easier to write etc. and more professional looking.

don't know if you've overlooked the obvious, but sarascards.com and sarascards.co.uk are both available.

I like cupcakes ones. When I set up my new website, I dropped the wedding bit, my mum didn't agree with it, because she thinks anyone looking for *wedding stationery* won't pull my site up (I don't think anyone will pull my site up like that for a few years yet anyway!!!)

Anyway, I just thought it was a really long name and too much of a mouthful, which is why I like the ones cupcake suggested

It depends on whether someone is just looking for handmade cards, then your site may well be one of the main ones to come up in a search but so will hundreds of others. If they are looking for your site directly then a shorter and more easily remembered name would be better.

I prefer shorter names without hyphens. like cardsbysara or sarascards

I think this is ideal.. memorable and to the point

You can always add 'Hand Made With Love' underneath your web name on the site.. good luck with it all
