flikr probs

Hi

Im wondering if anyone can tell me simply what I must have done wrong?

I havn't been able to upload pics today (only the 2nd time I have tried)

The first time I was able to but now even that first picture seems to have dissapeared from the thread...

I have asked for help from flikr but no doubt they have many requests to answer... wondered if any of you tech people know what I could have done wrong ...
