  • need some crafty advice for a play group

    im running a playgroup meeting just before st davids day (thru work Early Learning Centre) and thought it would be nice for the children to make paper or tissue daffodils, now i thought i had seen the instructions some where but cant find anything simple

    so can anyone on here here me or point me inthe right direction

    Sorry, I havnt seen any instruction anywhere.

    I was just wondering whether you could cut paper pieces ready and they could just stick them on? Or you could have a daffodil shape already drawn on cards, and they could stick blobs of tissue paper to cover it?

      just had a google and found these. The first is simple and the second is for napkin rings but could be adjusted to make flowers with stems.

          what about glueing the egg holder bits from an egg box to a piece of card. The children can paint those yellow and paint a green stalk too?
          or glue green tissue paper for the stalk.

              I remember as a child making them as Samigail described. yes I can remember that far back, it's last week I cant remember lol
