B....y Computer!!!!!!!!!!

I am ashamed to be asking for help yet again. This lap top seems so dofferent to the 'big' computer. Last nightI spent hours trying to do inserts for some Valentine cards. I got the paper size right, took off the margins so thatI could centre the text on the second column but would it have it????? No!!!!! Whatever I do I seem tohave an invisible border at the top and bottom of the paper so that my text isn't in the centre when I print. The sides are fine, it's just the top and bottom. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!! Sue xx

It sounds like the margins are preset, have you tried printing borderless, this should then move the writing to where you want it. Also what software are you using as this may enable someone with the same to point you in the right direction.
