  • Whats your favourite craft

If you had to choose your favourite craft which would it be.

My favourite is cross stitch I always had one on the go, my house is full of cross stich pictures, even went through a stage of designing for a while but didn't enjoy that as much.

Unfortunatly my eyes aren't as good as they used to be and so I cant do it any more because I get such headaches.

So now do lots of cards instead as it is not so trying on the eyes.

Would love to make some jewellery but same problem cant see the hole in the beads to thread the dam things.

I loooove card making! Thinking about getting into the design side of it all (toppers etc) but as I always have lots of ideas and not a lot of them have happened I can't see this one happening either!

      Hi
I love card making too. I have craftroom full of stamps, paper, card emellishments, gadgets I haven't even used! A small fortune hiding away! I design backing papers for a living so, I am just feeding my card making obsession myself as well. Each time a design new papers I have to make cards with them don't I? To check they are fit for purpose!

Hello, well I still love Cross stitch even though I have done too many and there is no more room in the house. I've recently started a scrapbook too - I can see that getting addictive.
I've got a friend who makes some jewellery kits which don't rely on seed beads and are only moderatly fiddly. PM me if you are interested.

I love what I do with my 'wooden things', I find it so relaxing and theraputic, but the one craft I would love to have a go at and never have yet is pottery, hopefully will one day.

I also paint on canvas which I also find very relaxing. The one thing I am no good at is stitching, sewing, knitting or anything like that, me and needles in any shape or form just do not go together!!! Shame cos I do admire some of the things people can create, and would love to make dolls and bears or even clothes!!!
