  • resin casting?

    hi
is there anyone on here who does resin casting?

i have latex molds and want to know what type of resin to use in them?
and wher would i get it?

i used to do resin casting years ago, but that was with hard plastic molds......

    any advice?

    Hiya

Not to sure whats best to use but Hobbycraft sell types of resin. Its probably best to go and have a read of the info on the resin bottles. Or do a google search and see what it says is bet to use.
I know youl need a release spary for certain resins if you use a polypropylene mold, but thats the extent of my resin knowledge Im afraid.

      "Hobbycraft sell types of resin."

Can't help you on your question, but a new Hobbycraft has just opened in Cardiff. It's on Leckwith Road, just past the atheletics stadium.
