    Ive had a go at making some fimo canes!!
    My first attempt went badly wrong!!
    BUT..
    My second attempt is in my album!!
    haha.

    Oooh I do like it it! is very nice!!

    the squishing up is where it warms up a bit. So you can see there what I meant about the fridge

    You could do some fantastic things with those pieces, It is fiddly to get the cane but once you have it you have loads to play with and experiment!

      Yeh I put it in the fridge for a few hours but our house is quite warm at the moment so I guess it heated up quickyl!!
      I think I'll carry on expeimenting though!!
      I quite like the fruit that the lady was using for acrylic nails.
      I'll need to buy some transparent fimo first though, I'm not sure I have any left!

        I'll try and dig up some of my pics, I am a very much a beginner but find it most addictive! lol

        My problem is everything takes me twice as long, as my kids are always interested in what I do and I end up showing them and helping them to do it! Bless 'em!

        Translutent fimo is great I use flecks of gold leaf in mine too very nice!

        Another great effect is swirling, like my avatar bead, but there are far better examples than that out on the web!
