  • I am baffled!!!!

Can anyone answer this question? Why, oh why when I was my duvet covers do they always come out of the washer inside out??????????? This has puzzled me for a long time so yesterday I decided to fasten all the poppers before I put it in to the washer. LO AND BEHOLD - it STILL came out inside out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What do you all think?? Is the answer scientific??? Or is there a tiny person in my washer who thinks 'he he turn it inside out'???? It baffles me every time. Does anyone else have the same trouble?????? Sue xx( all my emotions about this subject)

Ha ha! I think there is clearly someone living in your machine

very strange even when you did the poppers up they were inside out!

not sure about ours - will have to investigate next time I was the covers...

Hee hee. There is a way around that! Turn it inside out to start with and confuse the little man!

I prefer it when they are inside out, you just put your hands inside and grab the bottom two corners, then grab the corners of the duvet and shake!

The little cleaning elf turns it inside out mid cycle to make sure the dirt gets off the inside as well as it does from the outside.

yep - the washing machine elf, he lives on socks (why is it you only ever get odd socks after doing your washing, even though you could swear blind that you wore 2?)

It's your machine making you more efficient, turning the duvet cover inside out so that it's ready for putting back on the duvet when it's dry lol

I'm afraid you are not allowed to preview your washing machine elf before buying the contraption.... so sorry if your elf looks like that!

My elf turned out looking like this:

if it's not inside out duvets,it's missing socks and if it's not missing socks then it's when you put it on a 1hour 12min cycle and it takes 1hour 53 minutes?!!!!
Can I please trade my elf for a good elf...please!!!

You are all crazy, I have been sitting here giggling at these entries. I find that when I wash the duvet cover and other things everything ends up inside the duvet.

Yes, all my things end up inside the duvet cover too. AND the duvet cover, of course, inside out.
                              Lol
