  • Is this for real!!!!!

    hi just recieved an email to my website from wiserep.com ,apparently its an american company that were intrested in my jewellery .The company seems to be a middle man for selling your jeweelery etc to loads of well known shops across america.I dont know how they found me and if its a **** , has any one else heard from them, very odd take a look at there site and tell me what you think

    Theyve contacted me.I dont know if they are a **** or not but personally I wouldnt want to deal with hassle of dealing with things overseas.

        They are a wholesale listing site, why would they contact jewellery makers who make unique pieces?

        It seems rather odd to me, doesn't add up...
        Bead Shop, 91 Liverpool Road, Penwortham, Preston, PR1 0QB, Lancashire. Mon-Fri 10am-5pm, Sat 10am-4pm, Sunday 11am-3pm.

          googled them and found this. blog......gives a few details of their set up and what is expected from another maker that was contacted...see what you think girls...read the comments too very interesting!

                    deffo dodgy if you ask me.
                    I get mails like this almost on a weekly basis and they end up in my delete folder.
                    How far you go in life depends on you being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these.

                      Reading the info provided I would say it is not dodgy... but for the most part the people here who make jewellery in small quantities and do so as much from the satisfaction of creating something beautiful from a pile of component pieces as for the potential profit, it would be a short cut to loosing your individuality, your right to work how and when you want and determine your own profit margins... hmmm not my ideal situation
