Try searching ebay in Crafts-Sewing-Trimmings. I found this but not sure if its what you're looking for.

Also look for it in belly dancing stuff (not sure what categories).

Also, if you can get to a wholesale haberdashers in an area with a large ethnic community you should find loads.
