I have recently started to make some chocolate truffles. But can't seem to find anywhere to discuss recipies and such. please can anyone pint me in the right direction or even show me where to post on this site please!

Have you considered a Thorntons franchise? Perhaps you could get a mobile business via them and sell some of your own creations alongside?!?

Truffles

Hi, if you are looking for an outlet to sell the truffles, our local farmers market has someone selling handmade chocolate, and they seem to do very well. I don't know whether you have to be a farmer to sell at the market, but if might be worth a try.
