Bow Making

Hi

I have bought a used Bow Genius to make giant bows. Unfortunately the peg attachments to make smaller bows are missing, does anyone know if you can buy them separately? I have tried Google and cannot find anything.

I would have thought that the first place to go would be the retailer who sold the equipment. If the pegs should have been included in the sale and are not there then the piece isn't fit for purpose.

Sometimes these things happen and can be quickly put right once the seller knows about the problem.

I have already contacted the seller and they did not realise parts were missing hence I have a full refund. I have also looked on the manufacturers website (Bow Genius) and cannot see that they sell these items separately.

Maybe the way to go is to buy a separate gizmo for the smaller bows.
