Where to find Stuffing from recycled plastic

Hi,

I've started making knitted toys, sock monkeys and plushies.
I'd like to get some eco-friendly stuffing for them.
I've seen lots of pillows etc with 100% recycled plastic stuffing inside them.
Does anyone know where I can buy this stuffing,
so I can use it to stuff my toys with.
I'd want it to be fire-safe and washable too.
