  • Freesia birthday cake

    Some photos of the 80th birthday cake that I made for my aunt last weekend. It was a gluten free cake and because these have a tendency to be slightly dry I'd added more filling which is why the cake sides aren't as smooth as I'd like.

    Really pleased with my sugar flower freesias though, these were the first time I'd made them.
