Valentines bakes

Hi

Any ideas for a simple valentines bake I can make for my other half! I was thinking some valentines themed cake pops as they are petty simple and I can decorate as I want but d anyone has any fairly simple idea I'm trying out new things at the moment

I've made some simple individual heart shaped cakes in the past. Just make a single layer of victoria or madeira sponge. When cool, spread a thin layer of seedless rasperry jam on top and cover the top of the cake with pink sugarpaste. Using a heart shaped biscuit cutter, cut out heart shapes.
