Ooh, they look nice. I'll have to nick that recipe - though not sure what I'll do with the 3 egg yolks I'll be left with... always a dilemma when you only want part of the egg!

You've solved my problem!
I never know what to do with the egg whites when I make spaghetti carbonara.

they are really good (if i do say so! haha) and they are really simple to make.

But be warned, don't eat too many, you'll make yourself sick! i made about 30 and i ate 6, my boyfriend ate 8 and the rest were taken to his Uni Class to share with his friends! they went down a storm! ^_^

Errm, I have a recipe for a lovely cheesecake.. 3 large eggs + 3 egg yolks.. only problem is a 9" cheesecake is barely enough for two.. he eheheheh
