  • It,s gonna be lovely or awfull.

    Hello wonderfull peoples
gonna give you a peck at my latest project, which i have found very challenging but so far so good
I have made it out of a vintage crepe de chine which i have never used before and some lovely lace, the choice of fabrics and colours will either be inspired or awfull, wait and see the finished product before you judge. The sleeves will be lovely if all goes as the pattern? and there is a ruffle around the bottom
It is a Emanuel Ungaro Pattern as supplied by the wonderful Mo. Have a look see what you think and then wait in antisapation for the rest.Making this dress so far has shown me how much i have todo to get to where i am going and it also has shown me how so very good i am

The ess does not drape properly yet and will not untill the sleeves and shoulder pads are on.

Get a wriggle on... we are now all waiting to see the final fling!

It looks intriguing as is, can't wait for the structure and drape.

You have definitely confirmed something though - no crepe de chine for me
                Do not watch this space

Hi Mo really did not find it to bad up until i found out it shrinks when pressing with steam, did not find out until after tho. Seams are a bit puckered but no worries there and the collar shrunk considerable but there i know now.It is a adventure and i am loving it
