Ah well done Jenny, good to see you had the courage to give it a go. I have some knitted butterflies on my site which add a great embellishment to cards. A great idea incorporating your knitting. Sometimes one lovely detailed embellishment is all you need. x

Well done. You will develop your own style over time. I tend to get into a style rut then try a different style. I started minimalistic and modern but can't get away from vintage. Have a look on Google, You tube or Pinterest for ideas if you ever get stuck for ideas.

Well done! I just love to see first attempt cards, really good honest card. Well, the first one is off the block. I would take a snap so you have a record of it and if you did it again, as you pick up more experience, you could always look at the snap and decide if you did it again what could you change or do better. That's what I do and you would be surprised what ideas you can come up with. Great start, you should be pleased with that.

          Dave.

Well done for giving it a go, I hope it was an enjoyable experience. I love your paper flower, and I agree with Indri - the sequin number is fab.

Well done - that's a brilliant start to your cardmaking "career"!

I love the idea of incorporating knitting into your cardmaking - I think texture and handmade elements can make a card really special.
