  • 5x7 envelopes

    hi all, i want to make a 5x7 or A5 envelope but i need to make it from A4 paper or 2 sheets, i saw a demo once on TV where they made a sort of wraparound and then some sort of insert in looked realy good but i cant think how they did it i know it was on a cd, any help would be appreciated, i know i could make it with 12x12 paper but i need a way to utilise a4 paper thanx for your help in advance

    I responded to this on your other post about the same thing. If you want the decorative inserts as per the cd then obviously you will need to purchase the cd ( I don;t use them myself but I understand that most of the cardmaking cds have these as extras within the programme) but you can make your own to match your cards by stamping or printing your chosen design onto plain paper and using this to make your liner inserts using a template.

      Have you thought about get a scoring board, most of these also have score lines so that you can create envelopes too. Have a quick look on Ebay and Amazon to see what's available

        I think a hoogie board (I think thats the name)is the scoring board you are after.Im sure itl come with instructions.
