  • Pick and Mix Card and Paper

Hi! I am new to the forum (actually, forums in general!) so apologies if this topic has come up before but I was wondering where everyone buys their paper and card from? I used to buy mine from the paper mill shops where you could pick and mix different colours, weights and textures and fill a bix for £5. I went crazy and bought loads and so havent needed to buy any for about a year. I went back to the shop, my local one being Ashford Designer Outlet, and the shops have all closed down. The website still offers the pick and mix in a box for £5 but instead of being able to pick and mix as much as you like you can now only choose 5 colours from a poor range of around 20 colours.
Does anybody know of anywhere else online (or based in Kent) that does the same thing? It was such a good idea and I am gutted to find its not available anymore - if I'd have known it was closing I might have bought up their entire supply!!!!

Any help would be appreciated :-)

    Hi and to the forum.

I know Payper Box do something very similar with a pick and mix box, they supply craft shops and you can look here http://www.payperbox.org.uk/england.htm to see if there's any stockists near you. If you're making a special trip I'd phone the shop first as from memory they can stock different sized display units which means if they stock the small one there's not such a large choice of papers/cards.
