Advertising??????????

Hi

For those of you that make & sell cards, how do u go about advertising your 'business'???

I've thought about doing flyers and either putting them on cars in car parks and through letterboxes?
but thought I'd ask you here.

Tricky one...I don't know if flyers are the right way to go, I think you'd be better off targetting a specfic market rather than spend time & money on a random drop.

You could always approach independent card/gift shops and ask them if they'd like to stock some of your cards on a sale-or-return basis. Make sure on the back of the cards you have your website address, obviously the more cards sold the more your website (and cards) will get known.

Another way (if you don't already) is to have a stall at craft fairs and handout flyers or business cards to everyone who stops to look.
