Perforated paper for cross stitch

Not sure if this is in the right category, but here goes...

Will hobbycraft stock perforated paper? I want to make some cross stitch decorations for the Christmas tree using perforated paper, and for cards. I've got some plastic canvas, but I'd like to try the paper too.

I'd rather get started now than wait for the postie...especially as the strikes mean inevitable delays. I've told the hubby that a trip to hobbycraft is essential so I have to go now

I've just looked on Hobbycraft site and all they do is cross stitch fabric also looked on the net and all i can find is fabric but not card/paper

I do alot of cross stitching but have never used peforated paper.What is it and what is it used for and how?
