I know that there is a decoupage group on Yahoo groups because I used to belong to it but I can't remember how I found it!! Basically you join the group and then people post their own pictures that you can download and print off at home if you have a decent printer. Loads of craft shops sell the papers and as long as you have a decent pair of scissors then you should be set!
