  • Handbag card

I had a rummage through my bits, like you do, and came across some handbag, boot and shoe shaped cards so I fancied doing one, hope you like it. My eyes are a bit squiffy from cutting around those tiny flower peeloffs , hehe

It's a bifold card, stands up on its own and opens at the top...the difficult bit was cutting the paper covering the front if you can believe it as there is an embossed curve there, I made a template first to get the paper sitting underneath that curvy bit right. It's fun to make though

And yet another nice one. Quite classy. I can almost see a lady in a crinoline gown and poke bonnet holding it.

Oh that's lovely. I made a handbag card from a template, but I didn't use the right papers and wasn't very pleased with the result. The peeloffs have really lifted your design (she says taking note for her own use! ).

                  Really good

Thanks I've been doing one offs and now I've seen that again I think I'll do some more! I've done a few fairy cards this last week but the cruddy weather has made me want to sit by the fire and read. Next week I must get stuck in for sure get my bottom from one room to the other, hehe...
Ps, once I'd cut around the peel offs I curled them over using my bone folder and then put some tiny 3d foam pads on the back.
