Yep, your best bet is a bone folder or creaser. If its for tags you'll want it to look proffessional. But if you're using a makeshift folder the main thing to remeber is to avoid cutting into the card at all. It weakens the card so it will likely tear and will look scratty.

Gosh I missed this last week....I'll get my manifesto written asap but as I'm rubbish at lying my future in politics may be short-lived

When I first started doing my cards I used a blunt pizza cutter as a creaser - obviously having cleaned the cheese of it first though!!

Or, if you need it RIGHT NOW THIS MINUTE, a butterknife or a letteropener or a run-out biro will do a reasonable job...

Yep, it's called a bone folder or creaser and you can pick one up for less the £2 at most craft shops

Stupid question from a non-card maker!

Right, I know this is a really dumb question (but it's typical of the questioner really). Is there a tool or proffessional way of bending card to give a really crisp, clean edge?
Basically I want to fold some business cards in half to form tags for some new items i'm making but want them to look nice and not podged together! Help!
Working...
