  • Using wax granules directly

Does anyone have any experience of using wax granules poured directly into a container and burned?

Saw these people at a home improvement show recently:

[Apologies - I can't post URLs yet, so I have to ask you to put dots where each space is....]

and it looked like a neat idea, but their prices seem remarkably high.

Can any old candle-making crystals be used in this way, or might there be something special about their product which makes it worth nearly £10/kg?

Hi Mikey. Personally i don't think ordinary beaded wax will look right because of the colour. FullMoons Cauldron have some Natural Wax Crystals. Don't know if that's what you're after but may be worth a look.

And apologies for the delay - I assumed I'd get notified of replies...
