Paintable Resin for fabric

I am looking for paintable resin to use on fabric. I use to use

EnviroTex Lite but can't find it in the UK
Also I am looking for lampshade frames.I saw a thread about lamp shade frames and tried the links in them but couldn't find what I was looking for.I have spent soooooooo much time on this computer searching for this and that
Looks like I will be using some of my U.S. wholesalers or bringing my cases full of craft stuff when I go over. Things I could just go to the local craft store or the chain DIY's for I can't find here
Will be doing some rethinking I guess on what I will be making
