  • looking for tree stamp

    HI

I want ot make a card for my friends birthday and Im looking for a tree stamp.
Something with old bare branchs maybe wafting in the wind.Id like it to have a spooky feel to it as my friend is into creepy things.I also want to put a moon stamp behind it which I already have.

So does anybody know of a UK site that has a big range of halloween stamps?

    Thanks

Hi Seahorse, have you tried e bay at all? I was having a general browse there today, and came across these. They aren't exactly "spooky" couldn't find a spooky one as such, but its worth having a look there yourself.

Seahordse, take a look at http://www.waxes.co.uk - Barry there has "bare tree" stamps, P&P is usually free in the UK, and his service is excellent

                Thanks

I found/bought a tree stamp, not ideal but time was running out.I then didnt use it and designed something completly different for my friend.

Ive seen that waxes site before, it great.
Have you ever tried the wax?

                    Waxes

I met Barry yesterday at the Lavenham craft fair (where I also had a stall) and his pictures are absolutely fantastic. He picked up a random peice of wax covered card and in about 10 seconds he'd created a beautiful image of a stream running through the countryside - a very very talented man!

I had a quick go with the wax and iron and thought my creation was wonderfully abstract  if you catch my drift

I do indeed Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it to Lavenham, though I'd intended to. We were visiting my daughter close by but had unexpected passengers, as my eldest son wished his girl to meet the family I hope the fair was good

Waxing's great as you can do absolutely anything you want
