HELP..Setting up a website

Hi all, ive been making cards for a couple of months now selling to family and friends and doing card parties and i now feel im in need of a wider audience, so ive been thinking about setting up a website. Can anyone give me any pointers etc, ive absolutley no idea what you have to do to even get started and how much these sites costs. But if any of you have any hints it would be great.

There are loads of different sites which you can use. I use moonfruit for mine the web address is http://www.moonfruit.com

You can make a website on there from £2.99 per month.

Also I think a few people use Mr site, if you google it, its should come up.

I made my site up myself just using basic html however I know that quite a few people use Mr Site.

Why not get in touch with Mr Media (0103media) because web site creation is his day job. He made Seahorses' website http://www.poisonedapplejewellery.co.uk/ .

I created mine using Frontpage. First job was to decide on a domain name, I then created my website, and found some web hosting. I have just changed my web hosting, it was shared before. I used www.ihelm-enterprises.co.uk for the hosting. It wasn't expensive and suits my simple needs.

If you decide to go for Mr Site then buy it through Amazon as its a lot cheaper!
