Art/drawing folder thing

Right - I'd seen somewhere a tutorial for a little drawing case/art case. It is made of fabric and has little holders for pencils on one side and a slot to put a pad of paper in on the other side - it is a book shape and the pencil holders were on one side and the paper holder on the other side. Now I could have sworn I bookmarked it but I now can't find it and I need to make one for a friends daughters birthday pressie! I could have a go at doing one myself but I would like the reassurance of following a pattern! Has anyone in their wanderings seen such an item? Seen the tutorial? Want to write a pattern for me to follow? I would be very appreciative if you have seen such a thing!
