Another Insurance Question

I'm fairly sure I already know the answer to this question, but wondered if any of you have any knowledge or experience of it.

It's about craft fair organisers, whether it's an individual organiser, or a group.

If the building where the fair is held has it's own public liability insurance, and all the stallholders also have insurance, does the organiser also need public liability, or any other type of insurance?

It is worth asking the hall venue, one near us has PL but if you hold an event there you need your own on top of your normal craft PL.
