Black glitter trouble

I was so happy to find black glitter, it was very sparkly.I added it to my project then clear embossed over it and it totally lost its sparkle, just looked like black sludge.I tried adding it again on top but it peels off with pva glue.
Any suggestions?
I may try different glue for starters.

I think it may be be embossing bit which is causing a problem, if you want to emboss it may be better to use embossing glitter rather than normal glitter with embossing powder over the top as most glitters are not meant to be heated.

could you mix it with silver glitter?

that's probably not too helpful - sorry!

you'd need to use glass glitter rather than cellulose glitter as that will melt when you emboss.

Gently dab glue stamp pad on top of embossing and sprinkle!

Theres loads of black sparkle embossing powder on ebay!!Wooohoooo.
I ownt buy it today, I must restrain myself, il buy it tomorrow...its 20.00 hours.....only 4 hours to go.
