Newbie help!

Hello! I make tassels for dog collars with leather and beads - beads are threaded onto a doubled thin strip of leather then small squares of leather are cut and rolled up around the bottom of these to form the tassel and hold the beads on. I have seen similar but with silver 'cups' over the top of the rolled leather bit, can someone tell me what the correct name for these is and where I could find them? Sorry if I don't make sense but it was a bit hard to explain!

From your description I'd say you were looking for bead caps or cone end caps. Most bead suppliers stock them.

I have just looked on a few bead shop websites, the caps are very similar but the ones I'm looking for fold down over the tassel more. They cover about 1cm of the top of the tassel.
