Hey Bea, this is called social bookmarking... Its like your favorites but for the public to see..

So if you click on the link it ask you for "tags" this is what the site is about e.g. crafts, Craft, forum and so on then other users can look at crafts section and see the forum come..

The bookmarks for a site the high it ranks.. Great system and well worth a look at what else others are book marking..

I've done it I found the system a while ago, though I've tended to find Stumbleupon easier to use
