As far as I am aware no one does a lace magazine that is not tied in with the Lace Guild or some other lace making associations of which you have to be a member.
It's a few years since I made any lace 'cos I kept running out of time, and my hands are getting a bit arthritic now, but I still keep my eyes peeled for such magazines and haven't seen any.
However, there are loads of books out there if you are just looking for patterns. Quite a lot come up on EBay with amazing regularity, so it might be worth looking on there if you have access.
