I was really chuffed on a trip into the local 'Chemist' (the one whos' *****' were made for walking!! :lol: ) and found Borax & soap flakes for sale off the shelf !!
A couple of years ago I ended up ordering a bulk load of borax from a green company who seemed to be the only supplier in the country!
WOW... we certainly had/have great fun making our silly putty & slime
and fingers crossed , now loads more people can as well !
