I've bought pomace olive oil from ASDA plenty of times and I believe that coconut oil is good from asian type supermarkets but I've never bought it from there. The supermarket ones are fine (so long as the price is right), just make sure that they are pure as if they're a mix then you won't be able to work out your lye ratio properly.

I buy my Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil and bottled water from Tesco (Only because Tesco is a 15 min walk for me). And it is more cost effective for me. I have also seen coconut milk in there too which i "think" can be used as an additive to cp soap, but not tried it yet.

I think in this instance it doesn't matter too much about the fat and cholesterol - I think Beadaliscious is making soap with it
for bath bomb, soap & Skincare kits
plus Soap Base, Bath Bomb Ingredients, Butters,
Oils and packaging for Bath & Body Products

Never buy oils for me in supermarkets. Only online. A wider range of products + always can read extra information and reviews. In supermarkets, I'm always in a hurry and couldn't decide which oil to buy. If you know exactly which oil you need you can also get a discount on online shops.

Hi, might I ask you not to add links into posts please?

                      Many thanks,

I am not sure what kind of oils you're looking for but in supermarkets you can find oils mainly for cooking and if you are looking for oils for your homemade soaps, candles, bath bombs etc I recommend going online. I buy some of my things from Amazon because I ca return it if I have a problem and the quality is great for the money. I am sure you can find pretty much anything you are looking for for a great value. It's also safe to use the right oils for the right projects to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

                          Good luck!

When the quarantine began, I started buying all the necessary things online. And oils are no exception. In most cases, I use the Canadian pharma site to buy lavender, castor, and lemon oils. And I agree that in supermarkets we can find oils mainly for cooking.
