  • How do people......

Hi. How do people display their soaps and bath bombs? Have been playing round with table layouts and it just looks messy! Thought about putting the bath bombs on a cupcake stand, would that work? look nice? HELP trying to do this without spending anymore money or I may be heading for divorce lol

    Thank you for reading.....Paula

I am not an expert but the ones that I have seen that looked good had the things displayed in lined wicker baskets. They had different flavours (or whatever you call them LOL) in different baskets and had them on shelves. They looked very feminine and as I would imagine it is more likely to be something that appeals to the female market maybe it is one way to go. One stall had wicker hanging baskets that you can get in garden centres lined with a pretty material of some kind and hanging around the stall as well. Looked very effective.

Try going into flickr http://www.flickr.com/ and searching relevent words. People always put photos of their displays in their photo albums which may give you a few ideas.

I've seen people display their bath bombs in egg boxes that had been decorated. It's gave a rustic, homemade feel to them.

Hi...this is all talk as I havent had a sale yet but I have been getting wooden fruit or veg crates and painting them white....Im planning on filling them with straw or something similar and displaing that way.

I have my first sale on 2nd July. I have made a batch of bath bombs that made 7 balls. I was wondering how the display would work when Ive sold some bombs of a particular fragrance. If I put more out from a different batch, how am I going to know which batch I am selling?

If you want to keep track of which batch you are selling, either put each batch at each end of your stand, or only put out one batch and leave the 2nd batch under your stand until your 1st batch has sold out.

a different idea for lining baskets

If you don't want to line your baskets with fabric, a quick way to make them look attractive is to run pretty coloured tissue paper through a shredder - lay the shredded tissue in the basket and then the soaps on top.
