Heart charms....

I am having difficulty finding small sp heart charms and wondered if anyone has any ideas where I could try...? I am looking for something around 10mm just to hang on bracelets or to finish necklace extension chains.

I bought some on-line but they are made in 2 halves and have a join running right round them which looks a bit cheap - I would like them to be solid, either flat or slightly puffy.

Hi Lynne,

I am not quite sure what you are asking for (sp?) but although a lot of things at 'The Works' (high street shop) are very basic, they do sell little silver coloured hearts about 3/4" high, and they do not have a nasty join running around them. Its my guess that they could be painted and varnished to customise them. They also have a hanging loop on them. Otherwise, Hobbycraft might have some.

I am glad MornieG you put your post on too. When I looked at your link, I realised that sp means silver plated.

Mo - the medium size one from Palmers is exactly what I want but I have been trying to find them in plated silver... I might just have to go for the sterling and Buy enough to get the bulk discount

Karin - I had a look at the Works website but can't see any charms on it - they do sound like what I am looking for though...!

Ouups sorry, didn't see the SP and it's not something I use :-( I know sterling is very expensive now but depends on the cost of the item you are hoping to make. Sure someone else will come up with a link for you.
