    Best compehensive bead/jewellery techniques book?

Hi, does anyone know which is the best book for beading and jewellery making techniques?
Also which bead/jewellery making magazine is the best for these techniques?
    Thanx

Hi. If you're just starting out or need inspiration, I think Make Jewellery is the best magazine.

There are loads of online articles and videos on You Tube that you can learn from. If you really want a book, the best one for beginners in my view is 'It's all about the beads' by Barbara Case (if you're interested in stringing etc). If you interest is in bead weaving, then the Beader's Bible covers this in more detail. Try e-bay/Amazon if you want to find out more about these books.

We sell books in the shop so I get to see a few and I was very impressed by Jean Power's Compendium of Beading Techniques. Otherwise for a cheap little book 'The Basics of Bed Stringing' is usually a best seller (around £5).
