also you could spray paint some wooden beads in neon colours!

Without wanting to sound like a broken record here... have you thought about making what you need from Fimo polymer clay?

You can get some nice bright colours, even though they have discontinued their neon shades now I think. But they do a fab glow in the dark clay too!

I was wondering if anyone can help. I have been trawling the internet trying to find some decent chunky neon beads, either acrylic, wood or plastic but cannot seem to find anything other than childrens pony beads or small 6mm beads.
