most people use swarovski crystals and wire them on

Hi, I would usually just use a fine wire (usually 0.3mm non-tarnish wire, in either silver or gold colour which is really flexible and fine - so it is fine to use with pearls and other beads with very small holes. I haven't used glue on the tiaras that I have made, but if you are going to make sure you use epoxy glue not superglue, as superglue won't hold. i use Devcon 5 minute epoxy which is really good - dries quickly, will fill gaps and sets clear too.
