I'm a new member and just found this forum today.

I'm an avid crafter and have been all my life. I've been sewing for most of my life and began paper crafting over 4 years ago. I've been dabbling in beading recently and want to do more but lack confidence in a few things so I may have some questions for you all.

They'll probably be basic questions and possibly a bit daft but it'll make me feel better if I ask the questions!

No time to start beading today as I'm in the middle of making my DD's some PJ's and it's opening night of our show tonight - Annie - so it's all go until Sunday when the show is over.

I'm the performer. It took 4 years of living in this village before I finally plucked up the courage to join! I don't normally get nervous but today I have a funny feeling in my tummy! I just hope that I can hit that high note! I have some solo singing lines and in the first dress rehearsal I hit the note but not as powerfully as I'd have liked so I was nervous the next dress rehearsal! Still, only another 3 1/2 hours (ish) and I'd have sung that bit then I'll only have to do it another 4 times! I love singing and am warming up my voice as I type! My DD is fast asleep and totally oblivious!
