custom bead design

I am looking to have some beads custom designed with each having an image on.

Does anyone know of a company/ individual in the uk who might offer this service?

There are alot of very talented bead makers on here who I'm sure could help, but I feel sure it may turn out to be very expensive, as alot of work goes into making the beads.
Have you thought about customing beads yourself using images and somthing to seal them with like diamond glaze? or even fimo beads ( Elise Canning does some fantastic work with fimo and has made many custom orders for me ) or even asking on alchemy on etsy if you can't find a supplier/individual on here
