    ive promised to make a fairy pendant out of shrink plastic for my 3 year old grand daughter ive got jump rings and lobster clasp i was goihn to put it on a piece of ribbon what do use to attach the ribbon to the clasp do i sew or glue

    You can get things called 'ribbon clamps' which are about 5-10mm wide which you squeeze onto the ribbon and then attach to the clasp with jump rings.
    If you are handy at sewing you could thread the ribbon through a closed jump ring or split ring and then sew it together. If the ribbon is narrow or thin enough to fold you may be able to use a fold over crimp end generally used for cord or thong.

        Hi I have a component called a 'C Cord End' which grips the end of ribbon, and you then attach your catch.

        You find them on the site listed under 'Silver Plated Findings' or 'Gold Plated Findings'

        Should turn out lovely, I seen some really nice items made out of shrink plastic.

          just placed an order for a few things i will be back when i need more stuff when i know what i am doing as i want to start bead work
