My signature keeps dissapearing???

My signature keeps dissapearing, even when I make sure I've ticked the box to include it and previewed to check it's there, any ideas?

Firstly sig arn't that important..

Secondly .. Only 1 per page.. as why would people need to see the same sig twice on a page ? Make no sense...
