  • 25 posts before you can post a url?

I have my sad face on - it looks like this

I just crafted (what I think is!) an amazing post about a project I've just finished. I'd linked directly to the pattern, I'd linked to fullsize versions of the small photographs I'd used to demonstrate my project, to the webzine that published the pattern, to the ********* page for the project and to a page on my website which showed a technique for dyeing - and I can't post it!

I *could* jump around and make another 22 comments randomly on threads but that would (again, to me) be a pointless spamming exercise to further my own agenda. Is there any way this 25 posts rule can be revisited? It's quite a significant amount before a new member can post URLs

Sorry...................we all had to do it. It keeps the one post spammers out, which means the real crafters have more space to play in.

Hehehe - what you worried about Vonnie? I see you made it to 25 in no time at all. (you're currently 28 as I type).

Its a bug bear most of us had when we first joined the forum but we all got over it pretty quickly - that is, those of us that talk a lot.
